Cashy’s $1M Justice Fund Covers Unresolved Casino Payouts

Cashy Casino has launched a $1 million USDC Justice Fund to compensate players whose winnings have been withheld by other online casinos. Eligible players can receive between $1,000 and $10,000 per approved claim.

To qualify, players must have a complaint reviewed and closed as Unresolved on Casino.guru or AskGamblers. Cashy publishes its payout transactions on the blockchain, allowing payments to be independently checked.

Which Casino Payment Disputes Qualify?

The Cashy Justice Fund covers the following types:

  • Payments denied with no clear or legal reason
  • Withheld winnings due to confusing terms
  • KYC rejections after a deposit is made
  • Account closure with funds locked inside
  • Withdrawals delayed for more than 30 days
  • Bonus terms applied unfairly

The Cashy Casino team will verify everything you submit. These include withdrawal requests, account statements, customer support conversations, and history of complaints. You must agree to share your story publicly if you get the payment.

$81,000+ Already Paid Out

At the time of writing, Cashy has received 105 claims and resolved 21 of them. $81,089.19 has been paid out to players, with $918,910.81 remaining in the Justice Fund.

Cashy also publishes a payment history with payout amounts, dates, blockchain transaction IDs, and video recordings, allowing players to check the transactions.

Only unpaid payouts from $1,000 to $10,000 are accepted, and each person can submit one case.

How to Apply for the Cashy Justice Fund

Getting your case in front of the Cashy team involves three steps.

  1. Submit Your Case: Go to the Cashy Justice Fund page and fill out the Google form. Describe your issue, provide a link to your unresolved complaint on AskGamblers or Casino.guru, and attach supporting evidence.
  2. Wait for Verification: Cashy will review your complaint, withdrawal requests, account statements, and support conversations. The team may request additional information and aims to provide an initial response within 96 hours.
  3. Get Paid and Share Your Story: Cashy says applicants can expect a decision within 5 to 7 business days. If approved, you must join a recorded video call, during which your payment will be sent in USDC to your compatible crypto wallet. The recording will be published, but you can use your online nickname instead of your real name.

Which Cases Are Not Covered?

Not all gambling disputes qualify for the Cashy Justice Fund. The following cases are excluded:

  • Violations of casino terms, such as playing restricted games or exceeding maximum bets
  • Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Poker or sports betting disputes
  • Gambling losses resulting from normal gameplay
  • Complaints not listed on AskGamblers or Casino.guru
  • Complaints that are still open or under review

The fund focuses on unresolved cases where players believe their winnings were unfairly withheld.

You can review the full eligibility requirements and submit a claim through the official Cashy Justice Fund page.
