The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has acted against BlockDance B.V. for offering unlicensed gambling through its platforms bc.game and bcgame.lu in the country. According to the authority, BlockDance has been accepting Dutch players and allowing them to gamble without acquiring the necessary license.

The operator has now been ordered to halt its offerings to players in the Netherlands within four weeks or face a financial penalty. If the operator fails to comply, they will be fined €280,000 weekly, with a maximum fine of €840,000.
